Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Executive Chef, is responsible for duties supervising the staff and daily operations of the kitchen. Ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where safety, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount. EXPERIENCE: Must have 3-5 years Sushi Chef. Total exposure to all styles of Sushi to include,Chirashizushi,SakeZushi,Makizushi,Futomaki,Hosomaki,Temaki,Nigirizushi,Oshizushi,Uramaki,Sushi Meshi etc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: " You will lead the team in this new restaurant under the guidance of the Executive Chef. You will manage that day to day ordering, preparation, cooking and presentation of all Sushi foods on the Menu. " You will train and instruct all other chefs within the kitchen. " You will be responsible for new ideas, new concepts to the restaurant. " You will be enthusiastic, creative, cost conscious. " Ability to communicate in English or Spanish is a plus. Qualifications: " Qualified Chef/Sushi Chef 3-5 years. " Culinary Qualification. " Hot Japanese Cooking. " Food Safety Laws (HACCP.
