Their solutions solve complex real world data challenges by combining advanced technology with the extensive knowledge of our global team of industry experts. Key responsibilities include: Partner and collaborate with our global sales, account managers and customers to facilitate and drive increased global sales revenue. As a customer facing role, you will proactively reach out to our customers and explore and identify opportunities for upsell in conjunction with account managers. Prepare, validate and send sales/renewal quotations to customers. Work to renewals process and timelines – whilst looking to continuously improve. Escalate sales issues and trends to management as required to ensure renewal risks are effectively communicated and managed pro-actively. Ensure timely and accurate management reporting. Support our sales teams with renewals order processing. Ensure all renewal activities and customer interactions are captured and updates on salesforce.com. Develop a clear understanding of their pricing structure and market revenue streams. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the organization’s various product offerings and their Unique Selling Point (USP) in the market place. Working with this companies global teams on additional project based work as required to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Key Requirements: 2 years’ experience in sales/renewals administration within the software industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational skills allowing you to handle multiple projects/tasks. A natural communicator, who has worked hand in hand with internal sales organizations and external channel partners. Although not necessarily a sales person, you will have sales “DNA” Excellent time management skills. Independent worker with quality decision making skills. Salesforce.com experience beneficial. Ability to demonstrate excitement about and connection to the Nuix mission and values. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Commitment to work collaboratively & cross functionally. Willingness to learn & develop professionally. Proven track record to leadership style that takes ownership, accountability & responsibility for deliverables & continuously striving for improvement.
