FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work with our Client in East Cork. Company Description. The Job: As QE you will have the opportunity to act as the primary contact between QA and Manufacturing and getting involved in driving and implementing plant wide quality system improvements. You will also get to lead Problem Solving meetings using 4D, Six Sigma, etc while also interfacing closely with suppliers for new processes, quality issues and process improvements. You will also participate in the development/improvement of the manufacturing processes for existing/ new products. As QE your input is central to the success of the organisation and as such you will be working cross functionally with a variety of different groups and stakeholders including Regulatory, Product Development and Operations gaining exposure to many different aspects and facets of the company. This job also has a strong training aspect to it where you will be tasked with leading training activities on QE related Procedures such as Compliance, GMP, Audit Prep and GDP. Qualifications. An Engineering/Science degree. The Experience: Realistically you will need to have between 2-7 years QE experience under your belt in either medical device or pharmaceutical to be successful in this role. The Fit.
