I am currently recruiting for a Marketing/Sales Administrator for a services organisation, based in Cork. This is a permanent role with excellent opportunity to progress. This is a newly created position, requiring an immediate start. The Role: The successful candidate will manage marketing & sales administration support streamlining processes and systems, liaising with management on maximising sales within the customer database, creating an environment where service, sales and relationships can flourish. Responsibilities and Duties: Organise and manage daily Marketing & Sales administration functions and activities to accomplish objectives/targets. Execution of offline and digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Update marketing materials, e-books, pdfs, brochures and create quarterly newsletters. Prepare monthly and weekly marketing & sales reports. Increase brand awareness across social platforms, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs. Competitor market research. Build effective relationships with new and existing customers. Maintenance and upkeep of customer database. Grow and develop new databases to maximise sales funnel. Skills and Experience. 2-3 years Marketing & Sales Support experience. A good understanding and knowledge of Digital Marketing. Ability to work to deadlines.
