Full timeSales Advisor. As a sales advisor you will assist the management and team in creating an outstanding buying experience for our customers. You will support and drive link selling and upselling our products and services. Learning and development is part of the Kilkenny culture therefore understanding of our products and its heritage is vital in the role. Continuously communicate, support, provide feedback to your management team Making yourself aware of store targets and KPI’s such as Sales, ATV, conversion and IPT. Kilkenny’s Customer Experience. All customers must be greeted and approached within a timely manner. Make each customer feel important by offering help and advice by providing information on products and promotions. Be courteous, friendly and genuine at all times. Be aware not to be task orientated when customers are present. To drive sales using product knowledge and selling techniques. To increase the average transaction value by link selling and encouraging add on sales. Go the extra mile to close the sale using interbranch transfers and special orders. To complete the transaction in an efficient and friendly manner, to give each customer a receipt and the correct change. To carry out any returns/exchanges with the same service levels. To represent the company in dealing any complaints that are brought to your attention. To continue the relevant (chit chat) during the point of sale. To collect customers details through our database offering and or monthly competitions. To offer our gift wrap service when required. Give an exit greeting / thank you to each customer. Requirements: Enthusiastic individual that is passionate about retail. Bubbly and friendly in their approach. Works well on their own and part of a team.
