We are recruiting a Chemical Process Team Lead for our Client in Cork. The role focuses on the delivery. of solutions in the Life Sciences and Fine Chemical Industries throughout EMEA. The position is based in Cork, Ireland and is a Senior role reporting to the Global Business Manager Process Solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with strong leadership to support the continued growth of the business. Role. Full responsibility for the team of engineers, including talent acquisition and management, providing input to the business strategy and planning, commercial activities including pre sales and proposal generation including development of estimates, executing projects from concept through to commissioning and handover to our global customers. Responsible for full life cycle of project delivery from Concepts, through Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning in the Life Science Industry and addition industry experience is a positive. We are interested in candidates who are looking to advance their careers and take on new and exciting challenges. Be part of an experienced senior team with opportunities to advance your professional career. Experience. Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent, Chartered or Doctorate advantageous. At least 10 years experience in process and project engineering roles; ideally in the life sciences industry. Previous experience of people management would be an advantge. French, German, Spanish, Italian knowledge would be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Customer focused decision making. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
