General Electronic Access Ltd. ( www.gea.ie ) is a leading supplier of high speed industrial & clean room doors in Ireland. We are looking for a competent and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time administrator for our office in Midleton. Hours: 9am to 2/3pm Monday - Friday. Approx: 25 hours a week. Some flexibility in start/finish time is possible. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General administration and reception duties. Provide a prompt, efficient and polite response to telephone calls. Liaising with customers & suppliers. Credit control duties. Invoicing/Purchasing duties. Accepting deliveries to workshop. Data entry, scanning & logging of documents. Min. Requirements: 1 year experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification. Excellent customer care and excellent communication skills. Multitasking with strong organisational & prioritisation skills. Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to use own initiative and find opportunities to improve business processes. Desirable skills: Experience with office & accounting software.
