Production Operator. Our Client, a well established Manufacturing company in Cork has a new role for a Production Operator available for an immediate start. The role summary involves working as part of a team in a General operator role in a busy Packaging manufacturing plant. You will be taking instruction and reporting to the Production supervisor. Duties/Responsibilities: The role includes (but is not limited to) the following: Working on Scheduled production jobs running on Company machinery. Working on complex assembly work. Filling out necessary information on Job sheets. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Warehousing of finished products. Keeping the factory clean and tidy. Working with all Company Quality, Health & Safety and improvement objectives. Minimum Requirements: Good English language skills. Reading writing and speaking. Good GDP. Attention to detail. Experience working in a manufacturing environment as part of a team. Good at taking instruction. Excellent timekeeper. Fork lift licence. Manual handling training up to date. Terms: Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday. Package: Negotiable (DOE.
