Store Manager job in High Street Fashion Retail is available in Cork, Patrick Street. Our Client, a well-known and successful Uk High Street Fashion Retailer is looking for an experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join their Group and manage their Cork City Store. Known for their excellent portfolio of ladies and mens Fashion Brands, their training and development opportunities and their business growth this is a wonderful opportunity to join this exciting brand and company. Responsibilities for the Store Manager will include. Deliver the Fashion Brand Concept and champion the Company’s Fashion Portfolio. Maximise the stores profit through strong product placement, customer service and Cost Control. Build excellent relationships with Head Office, Buyers, Allocators and Merchandisers. Deliver the Stores commercial visual impact. Train, develop and encourage a strong Sales Team. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Manage and lead the store team through competencies. Ensure to deliver Set and agreed KPI’s. Manage the overall running of the store and P&L. Experience and skills required for the Store Manager are. 2-3 years Retail Store Management experience. Excellent Fashion Retail Management experience. Experience in achieving KPI’s and the P&L. Instinctive and creative with a flair for Commercial Merchandising. A Strategic Thinker and decision Maker. Package. Salary €30, 825. 25% Staff Discount.
