Deli Manager Job Available in Mallow, Cork. Full time experienced Deli Manager required for a leading brand name retailer.  Excellent opportunities for suitable candidate. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a deli management role. As a Deli Manager you will be responsible for high standards in the following areas: Stock & Order Systems. Best practice merchandising, display and department layout skills. Maximising promotions. Margin management. Stock loss & waste management. Staff training & development. Hygiene/HACCP. Candidate for this Deli Manager job. Previous Deli experience essential. Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations, HACCP qualification an advantage. To ensure store standards are the best at all times. A flair for food and the desire to excel in customer care is a must. Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours. Advanced knowledge of retail operations, practices and procedures. Salary 28-30K per annum.
