Fresh Food Supervisor   We here in Excel Recruitment are currently in search of a fresh food supervisor in the North Cork location. Our Client is a well-known grocery retail brand whom emphasise fresh food quality and customer service. They seek an experienced Supervisor to be a part of their ever growing team. The Supervisor for this job will be responsible for managing the bakery department and responsible for the day to day operations. A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate for this job.   Requirements of the Fresh Food Supervisor Job: 2+ year’s supervisory experience. Experience working in a fresh food department is a bonus for this job. Fully HACCP and food safety trained. Strong Communication and man management skills. Thrives in a customer facing environment. Experience working with targets and KPI’s.   Responsibilities of the Fresh Food Supervisor Job: Day to day management of the fresh food supervisory department. Ordering stock, ensuring both stock and waste control. Meeting the KPI’s and targets that have been set by the Store Manager.   Bringing forth the department in terms of sales and standards. Ensuring all HACCP documentation is up to date.
