Deli Manager Job in Cork We here in Excel Recruitment are currently in search of a fresh food deli manager in the Mallow Cork. Our Client is a grocery retail group whom have a large fresh food offering and as such are in search of an experienced Deli Manager or Supervisor to be a part of their team.This is a great opportunity to work with a successful and progressive group. The candidate must be driven with a strong work ethic and be comfortable managing a team of staff members.Do you come from the catering or fresh food retail industry? Then this may be the right job for you.On top of progressive opportunities they will also offer a competitive salary of €26-28k DOE. Requirements of the Deli Manager Job: 3 years Deli Management or supervisory experience.Must have experience managing a team of staff members.Fully HACCP trained with prior experience in dealing with health and safety annual audits.A ‘foodie’ with a passion for the industry.Must enjoy working in a customer facing environment. Any back office experience dealing with margins, sales forecasting etc is a bonus for this position. Responsibilities of the Deli Manager Job:Day to day management of the deli department.Managing a team of staff members ensuring a productive team.Overseeing the deli rota making any changes were deemed fit.Training in of staff members to the highest of standards.Meeting all KPI’s and targets set by the Store Manager.Ensuring all food safety and HACCP standards are met, and to ensure documentation is up to date.Administrative duties.Ad hoc management duties. If you are currently a Deli Manager, Supervisor or Catering Manager looking for a new career move, please attach a CV below and Lisa Burch, will contact you accordingly.
