Director of Nursing Required in Cork. CPL Healthcare, in partnership with their client, are looking for a Director of Nursing for their Residential facility in Cork. This provides a range of support services to people with both physical and neurological conditions in their homes, in residential centres, in supported accommodation and in standalone respite facilities. Job responsibilities Include: Leading and developing the Clinical Support function of this residential service which is currently in transition from a residential to an individualised service model. Leading and managing the service during the absence of the Service Manager. Commit to achieving the highest standards of clinical excellence and care support. Experience and Criteria Required: NMBI registered with minimum 3 years senior clinical management experience at DON, ADON or CNM3 level. Ability to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HIQA standards. Experience of the HIQA inspection process and completion, implementation and monitoring of Action Plans to acceptance by HIQA. Ability to demonstrate leadership and significant people management skills and experience. Ideally management qualification. Remuneration Package: Salary will be dependent on experience and the full remuneration package will include access to pension, funded registration costs and funded CPD and further education.We also offer flexible working arrangements and generous annual leave entitlements.
