DESCRIPTION. Accountable to: Kitchen Supervisor, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant management team. Job Summary: The lone chef is primarily to prepare, season, and cook food and help with the overall running of the kitchen/restaurant. We are looking for experienced line chefs for our newest Dublin city centre restaurant. We are looking for line chefs who are as embarrassingly passionate about food as we are, with experience working in a fast paced high volume environment, REQUIREMENTS. At least six months experience in a busy kitchen. Must be available to work full time. No compromise attitude to food safety. No compromise attitude to food quality. Positive attitude.
