Your Role. This is a superb opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the business of manufacturing and retailing of body care products and accessories. This Multinational Company is extremely proud of the products and services they offer and are now looking for a highly motivated Store Manager to join the team in a permanent position at our Stores in Cork. This position involves working with executive management directly. You will have the ability to drive sales, work under pressure, while also having a reputable work ethic and being a team player are necessary competencies for this position. Responsibilities: Management and delivery of your region’s performance targets. Responsible to deliver great customer experience while maintaining store ambience and appearance. Working collaboratively with head office teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure all Boutiques are respecting the International Guidelines on Premium Brand positioning/visibility. Ensure correct accordance to Retail Communication Campaigns, HQ requirements & marketing. Improving operational efficiency and process compliance across your store with collaboration of head office teams. Reporting all data and Feedback reports in an agreed manner and time frame. Drive the achievement of in- store sales objectives. Stock Control. Manage store staff / sales assistants. Your Qualifications: Leaving Certificate and / or equivalent. Diploma in Sales and Marketing desired. Your Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales & Retail, customer relationship management, managing and directing a sales team, relevant product and/or industry knowledge, merchandising experience and experience with relevant software applications. * Experience within the Cosmetics Industry would be highly regarded.
