Are you looking for a QC Analyst role in Cork ? Do you have 4 years' experience in In Process chemical and microbiological Testings? A QC Analyst IPC is required for a 4 shift cycle role with a leading Biopharmaceutical company in Cork. The facility is a strategic manufacturing centre in the global supply chain for many of the company's existing and new pipeline Biotechnology products. The facility includes bioreactors of commercial scale and clinical scale along with the associated class 100,000 cleanroom, media preparation and downstream processing and separation facilities. The plant incorporates a process development section, where Biopharma processes can be conceived and optimised to give the best possible yields of product, in addition to state-of-the-art plant and process automation to make it one of the most modern in Europe. The QC Analyst - IPC will be responsible for: Performing a wide variety of activities to support the introduction of new products to the site. QC rep on site NPI teams and global analytical teams related to specific projects and products. Ensures lab readiness to perform raw material, in process and release testing of new clinical and commercial products. Coordinates the transfer of analytical methods to the QC labs. Performing data review and approval. Initiates and completes, CAPAs and Change Controls in accordance with site procedure. Writes new and updates current procedures on electronic documentation system. The QC Analyst - IPC requires: Bachelors degree in a science discipline. A minimum of 4 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Knowledgeable of FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceuticals and aseptic products.
