JOB PROFILE. ROLE: Sales Analyst LOCATION: Clonakilty DEPARTMENT: Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES. The person we are seeking will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers who manage a base of revenue as well business development in our audio-and web conferencing solutions, This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to make a contribution to PGi’s revenue stream. Run client usage reports for Account Managers. Create Usage Analysis Report, giving the Account Manager analysis that will support converting to a SaaS model. Create client rate list for Account Managers. Manage contract renewal process for 3rd Party Software. Support the customer boarding process by following up that the correct rates and products are entered into the system. Assist where needed with sales collateral, presentations, RFP etc. – Maintain a local base of commonly used sales documents. Assist with account clean ups (splitting of company names etc.) Assist with the tracking and management of Campaign Lists ensuring they are up to date and accurate. Create Dashboards and reports in Sales CRM system. Create Revenue analysis reports on Account Manager’s base performance. Assist with the investigation of and calculation of billing queries. Perform all other job related tasks as required. Who enjoys challenges and is committed to continue to building a career in sales. SKILL SET. Must have very strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in using excel functions, pivot tables and macros. Good written and verbal English. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Knowledge of Salesforce. Experience of invoicing and billing systems is preferred. An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. An ability to work independently and as a team. Quick to learn. Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize. Strong team player with good communication skills, who can interact with other departments. Self-starter able to work pro-actively. The ability to follow up issues and bring to a conclusion.
