NPD Technologist – Cork DMG53882 We have a new and exciting role within an innovative and constantly evolving Global Food Company, who continue to develop new products for the global Food Markets. Working within their State of the Art facilities and within a highly collaborative environment, this role will attract experienced Food Technologists, ideally with Dairy experience, who want to develop their careers within a dynamic and challenging environment. The Person Degree in Food Science/Dairy Science or similar. 3 years plus in R & D / Food Technology ideally within Dairy. Experience with Powders / Infant Formula is a distinct advantage. Production experience on wet and or dry blending plants. Experience running production and pilot plant trials. Understanding of recipe formulations across the different stages. Exposure to and understanding of regulations, with Chinese regulations an advantage. Have a proven ability to work with both Technical and Commercial Teams within tight timelines.
