The Role. My client is currently looking to recruit a PeMac administrator who will be responsible for updating the work order status and also contribute to the High Performance culture within the Technology Department. Responsibilities. Update all planned and unplanned work orders on PeMac. Archive all paper Work orders. Typing reports, meeting minutes, procedures etc. Manage appropriate third party vendors to monitor their service to the IPT/CoE. Distribution of all appropriate documentation within the Technology Department. Administration duties as required - filing, typing. Prepare and display relevant information for the Tier boards. Prepare change control documentation as required. Processing of documentation through the Change Control System. Requirements. Knowledge and experience working with PeMac is essential. 3rd Level qualification (Business, Science) desirable. 3+ Years working in a similar role. Experience working in a Pharma environment desirable. Ability to multi task and achieve tight deadlines.
