Candidate must be available to start immediately. Responsibilities. Provide support on managing the current ISO9001-2001 QMS, and prepare for renewal of certification upgrade to 2015 revised standards. Align QMS with HPRA requirements and upcoming audit. Manage product recalls/notifications observing HPRA requirements, and maintain a product recall/notification control sheet. Communicate details of Field Safety Notices to the relevant departments and regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate records of Field Safety Notices and follow up with impacted customers/products. Ensure that Product Recalls are managed in accordance with HPRA regulatory requirements. Manage product complaints from recording and investigating to closing complaints in accordance with industry and company standards. Maintain all faulty product complaint records in SAP and communicate details of complaints to the relevant departments and regulatory bodies, as required. Liaise with internal departments to manage the faulty product returns and disposition with the warehouse and the subsequent return of same to suppliers. Work with A/P and close Credit notes. Work with Suppliers to manage FOC replacements. Requirements. 1 years experience in a similar role (Regulatory/Compliance. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills with an ability to plan and prioritise workload. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. High self-motivation. Experience of HPRA Wholesale distribution. Understanding of HPRA Regulatory environment. Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies. Experience of working in a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment. High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
