Business Analyst- Cork/Limerick. Duties will include; Supportsoftware implementation to a large multinationalPharma company in Limerick, approx 1-2 days a week on site for first 6 months. This will be part of the up-skilling process and an opportunity to build relationships with the customer. Provide training to new usersand troubleshoot issues. Understand the customerspain points and work with our IT team to convert into solutions. Business requirements gathering. Build relationships with the customer. Understanding the customer's process and identify opportunitiesto add valve to our software prodcuts. Work with remote IT team in troubleshooting, developing, and enhancingsoftware products. Qualifications: 3rd level qualification in Business Systems, Business Studies, IT, Computer Science, Technology or similar. Requirements gathering and business systems analysis experience. Be self-motivatedand work off own initative to grow the company. Have own car. Good communicatorboth internallywith the team and externally with the customer. Desirable; Manufacturing experience.
