Are you a Quality Engineer looking for your next contract? If so we are currently looking for a QE for a Cork based Orthopaedics site. The Quality Engineer will: o Actively support all Compliance Initiatives with the Value Stream and Plant. o Actively support all defined Value Stream and Plant goals and objectives. o Work as an integral member of authorised Value Stream Process Excellence initiatives. o Identify projects to resolve scrap, reprocessing and special causes that have a negative impact on Value Stream and Plant Goals and Objectives. o Compile Quality Process Specifications for new/transferred products/processes. o Validate new/changed production processes/systems with Business Unit personnel. o Design and validate Quality System processes where appropriate (CSV and Inspection Process. The Quality Engineer requires: o A Bachelor's degree in Engineer with a min of 3 years exp in regulated industry. o SIX SIGMA Certification. o Experience in performing Design of Experiments (DOE) and leading Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA. o Experience of the design and qualification documentation standards to current FDA expectations.
