Training Compliance coach. Our client is a global health care leader with a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines, vaccines and animal health products. They are working exclusively with us to recruit for a new role that will report into the Supply Chain Director. The Supply Chain/Training Compliance coach will be a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team providing the Supply Chain group with Compliance support, guidance and expertise. The Supply Chain group provides an End-to-End service to the site including Learning & development, planning, logistics & distribution and production Systems/Operational Excellence. The style is one of collaboration, coaching the Supply Chain team to ensure the highest Quality and Compliance standards are met to ensure manufacture and supply of quality product to our patients. Activities include: Active participation in the Tier process, monitoring and driving compliance within the Supply Chain group for CAPA's, Entropy actions, Global Change Management (GCM) tasks, 36 month reviews, audit responses and training due. Participate and Comply with the Manufacturing Division Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ownership of Chapter 11 Training & Personnel. Attendance and active participant at the Site Quality Council & Site EHS Council. Active part of the compliance coach forum driving compliance improvements across the site. Key SME for Audits in Supply Chain (GMP & EHS) and a champion for Permanent Inspection Readiness at the Supply Chain Leadership Team. Is knowledgeable in QMS, EHS & GMP Regulations which are shared with the Supply Chain Leadership Team. GMP Training Liaison for the site, communicating regularly with Manufacturing Division Quality Assurance on GMP training activities. Deliver training performance metrics to all areas onsite. Drive continuous improvement in the areas by setting targets and continuously looking at novel ways to drive compliance. Develop Training Needs Analysis for GMP training across all departments. Communication and Co-ordination with the Global Learning & Development team on GMP training. Lead the annual GMP training requirements for the site. Support the Learning & Development team with compliance / GMP training requirements. SME on our Learning Management System myLearning. Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident investigations, etc, and implement and follow-up related CAPA's. Provide ongoing compliance coaching and support to all team members. Continuous Improvement: Responsible for driving a culture of Continuous Improvement by deploying Six Sigma tools. Continuously looking at novel ways to ensure training compliance across the site. Coaching and Training: The coaching style is one of collaboration, coaching and facilitating the Supply Chain Team to a high performance organisation. Qualifications. Job Experience: * Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operation / GMP environment (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, etc. * At least 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment. * Knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies - scientific problem solving etc. * Demonstrated change management skills with a continuous improvement focus. Qualifications: * Degree or 3rd level qualification (Science/Technical/Human Resources. * Desirable to have a Training qualification. * Preference Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Skill Set: * Knowledgeable in Quality Management Systems, EHS & GMP Regulations. * Strong influencer. * Strong collaboration and communication skills. * Ability to respond to changing priorities. * Learning & development knowledge. * Project management skills. * Facilitation skills. * Problem solving skills.
