THE ROLE. As Senior Engineer working closely with a variety of partners and vendors you will perform pioneering work by leading cross functional teams on a number of programs addressing quality, compliance, cost management and process improvement challenges. You will troubleshoot manufacturing deviations and advise quality partners on technical questions. Maintaining clear communication with internal and external business partners is also a crucial aspect of this role. Other key duties include developing an environment of continuous improvement and process excellence; integrating new technologies into existing manufacturing operations as well as promoting a quality-focused culture to ensure the overall adherence of cGMP's. THE PERSON. Ideally you will hold an engineering degree & 4 years manufacturing experience within a regulated environment at a multinational company. The nature of the job does require you to be highly collaborative with a proven track record of working with suppliers and vendors. A background of dealing with people from a wide variety of different cultural backgrounds and nationalities would also be highly advantageous for this position. You will have prior experience of leading teams on medium term projects from scoping out to execution and have the ability to examine issues relating to cost, quality and process improvement and put together a proposed solution based on business fundamentals. Prior experience of participating in process efficiency improvement is key for this role and you will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills. THE OPPORTUNITY.
