Do you have significant experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management at an International Executive level ? Do you have a proven ability to influence AND collaborate in a matrix environment? Have you managed and controlled multi-million euro budgets? Have you managed successfully managed supplier consolidation strategy and processes? THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager you will lead a team and drive procurement activities around supplier relationship management best practices (SRM), sourcing processes and delivery of results to meet & exceed procurement objectives. The key responsibilities of this role are focused on Quality & Risk management, Service and Cost. As Strategic Sourcing Manager and you will perform the role of Supplier Relationship Manager at an executive level while ensuring strong business processes are in place to establish proactive issue communication to the Make function, managing supplier partnerships & positively contributing to the efficiency of end to end Supply Chain. THE FIT: To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in a logistics/supply chain role within a high volume manufacturing environment. You will also need to have significant change leadership expertise and a proven track record in setting direction, influencing, goal alignment & leading/influencing others in a matrix organization.
