The Role - Supervise and manage all production personnel. - Achieve production targets. - Carry out continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain and promote positive employee culture within the organisation. - Implement HR policies. - Promote and continually develop health and safety. Report and investigate all accidents/incidents and carry out corrective action. The Person - Strong people management. - Minimum 3rd level qualification. - Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous injection moulding experience a distinct advantage.
