Our client, a leading financial services company based in Cork, is currently seeking a Financial Advisor to join their growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for a fully QFA Qualified financial adviser to join one of Ireland’s leading financial services organisation. The successful candidate will help develop new business and provide financial advice to individuals and businesses on their financial needs. The role: Achieve challenging performance targets by generating new business. Develop client relationships with new and existing clients, continuously working to achieve required targets and standards. Establish and develop relationships with our banking partners to ensure bank customers experience the full benefits of the advice process. Ensure compliance with Company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements. Provide professional advice in developing clear financial plans for new and existing clients, while delivering superior customer satisfaction. Proactively protect, maintain and develop existing accounts. Adhere to appropriate risk management procedures to control, monitor and report on business activities. The person: Experience providing financial advice to individuals and businesses with a proven track record of sales. Possess QFA (have passed all ‘Qualified Financial Adviser’ exams) and be up to date on all CPD requirements. Experience in a customer facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Competent in providing financial advice on retail products.
