Job Title: Sales / Accounts Administrator. Reporting to: Office Manager. Division: Cork Nature of Contract: Maternity Cover Contract. Main purpose of role: To carry out a range of customer service, accounts and administrative duties for the Cork business. Duties & Responsibilities: Primary Duties. To work as part of a small office team for administration duties i.e. Phone, filing, couriers, post, emails, etc. To be first point of contact for sales calls and to deal with all calls in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. To organise daily chemical deliveries from order entry processing through to despatch and invoicing in a timely manner. To organise the routing of drivers on a daily basis for Cork orders. To deal with internal staff queries and to resolve same in a timely and efficient manner. To check and confirm all invoices relating to Cork and ensure all are correct for customers. To order stock, equipment and ad hoc goods as requested. To prepare all information for month end accounts in a timely and efficient manner, as per Enva internal and DCC timelines/ deadlines. To arrange credit notes and deal with accounts queries. To manage and be the point of contact for key/ core customers. The above description is a general outline of the requirements of the role. Education/ Experience required: Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification. 3rd level qualification in a Business/ related discipline would be a distinct advantage. Relevant office/ admin/ accounts experience is essential. Customer service experience. Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
