ROLE: * You will focus on achieving production, cost, customer and operator targets. * Adhere to Food Safety, Quality and Environmental targets. * Lead and manage a team of operators and build working teams. * Align implementation of Asset Care initiatives with Company stratedy. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree qualification in Science or Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years experience at Supervisory/Management level. * An ability to get work done through others and developing a strong team ethic. * Strong communication skills and an ability to influence in all directions.
