Exceptional opportunity to join my Client a leading International Company specialising in the provision of engineering services and solutions to a wide range of industry Sectors who are looking to attract a Marketing Administrator for their International Services Group. Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidate will: Prepare presentations, brochure proposals, tendering documents for international Clients. Coordinate and provide administrative support for projects as they arise. Ensure customer issues are addressed and dealt with. Provide marketing and administrative support to the Engineering Services operation. Create and maintain tracking records, schedules etc. Support all their internal commercial processes from an administrative perspective. The successful candidate will have 4-5 years previous experience ideally in a marketing/communication administrative role. Exceptional IT skills to include advanced Powerpoint. Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal are essential. An ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines is a must coupled with an ability to work in a cross functional environment within a diverse organisation.
