Pinergy - Customer Support Specialist Role Description: This is a fantastic opportunity to work on our Pinergy Team. Providing support to customers for Ireland's top Pre-Pay Power supplier, you will provide "best in class" customer service by managing calls and other communications efficiently and accurately obtaining and processing all relevant information. Job responsibilities include: Answer a high volume of calls and emails in line with client SLA's and team KPI's. You will provide outstanding levels of customer service working to service level agreements. Support prospective, new and existing customers, you will receive incoming calls and requests from customers looking to receive additional information regarding Pinergy. You will be also be responsible for upselling the services of Pinergy by providing information to customers in order for them to make the switch. You will consistently input data entry accurately; using the internal computer systems you will log tickets and track actions and communication with customers. Working as part of an existing team you will work on one's own and team KPI's. Perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Must be flexible to work shifts running from Monday to Sunday, across the hours of 8am - 8pm. Skills, experience, qualifications and attributes required: Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills with a positive and proactive approach to all tasks. Excellent customer service skills, you will be passionate about delivery of accurate solutions for the customers. Previous upselling & or Inbound sales experience an advantage. Process driven with strong problem solving ability. Strong IT Skills mandatory. You will be an effective team player who is able to also work independently. Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively. Objection handling skills essential. Customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner. Good time management skill with an ability to multi-task and organise work in line with targets. Fluency in English. Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills. Listening skills.
