THE ROLE: * Lead and Complete Scoping phase. * Lead and Complete Planning phase. * Oversee Cross-functional team kick-off. * Devise detailed project plans. * Write Risk Mitigation reports with recommendations. * Ensure change control is aligned with Project Team and Stakeholders. * Organise Project Team Meetings. * Ensure actual transition of the products.
