Morgan McKinley are currently seeking to hire a highly organised Senior UI Designer for a maternity leave role based in Cork City Centre. This solution driven designer will be tasked with designing online and offline material for the brands within the Morgan McKinley Group, will work within a global marketing team and with multiple designers - ideally we are looking for a newly Senior UI Designer with experience working in a Design Team. Responsibilities: Manage a weekly production schedule and assign work within the design team. Design and produce finished print-ready artwork for: Reports, salary guides, event pieces, invitations. Press and magazine advertising. Promotional items. Other offline media as required. Presentations. Design and produce online and webready assets for: Online advertising. Company websites. Social media. Internal and external communication. Other online media as required. Ensure all material produced by you is to agreed standards including: Agreed delivery deadlines. Technical accuracy. Agreed design standards. You will be required to: Work within a skilled global Marketing Team. Work with third party suppliers. Problem solve under tight timelines. If you're versatile and passionate about design with honed organisational skills and experience with delegating work and working within a team, then we want to talk to you. An advanced level of Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop applications are absolutely essential for this role. Ui experience would be advantageous. A working knowledge of Microsoft office would be a plus along with any multimedia software (final cut, motion or any other. If you have experience working with marketing executives and account managers directly then this could be the role for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creatively-driven designer with a keen eye for detail and exceptional layout skills. An ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment is a must. Dissecting the brief and creating a quality design will be of utmost importance as is a healthy attitude towards taking direction when required.
