Herlihy Centra are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Butcher. The position is to work in both their Bishopstown and Fermoy stores so the applicant will need to have transport. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a trade that is in high demand. Over the 4 years of training the Candidate with learn the trade both in house and externally and will work with qualified Butchers in two sites covering days off and Holidays also. The Candidate must be high motivated, be able to work on their own initative and be reliable.
