Continuous Improvement / Lean Coach DMG54150 Eden Recruitment is looking to speak to Continuous Improvement Specialists who are looking to join a dynamic and growing diversified Company based in Cork. With substantial operations within Cork, across a number of business units, this role will cover across all operations from Production, Retail, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering etc. The role will work within a team of 4 specialists and will interact with all aspects of the Group, and therefore will require strong presentation and communications skills. The role will be tasked with continuing to build out the CI Capability of the business and to develop the CI culture within the Group. The role will be involved in Continuous Improvement Projects across the Group and will involve training and co-ordination of CI activities. Ideal Candidate 3rd Level Qualification in Lean / Continuous Improvement. 3-4 years in a similar role. Strong experience of training Lean Principles and delivering CI improvement projects. Strong communication and presentation skills with strong mentoring experience. Full clean driving licence as some travel will be required. Key attribute for the successful candidate is strong knowledge and delivery of Lean / Process Improvement projects. The role requires a good in depth knowledge of lean principles and their application in improving efficiencies and process. Candidates with Lean Coaching across multiple industries will be considered for this role. Attractive salary applies.
