Working with the LotusWorks team as a Site Administrator you will be responsible for general office administration and support, including timesheet coordination, filing, training documentation and data management. Your Responsibilities: General office administration including timesheets and data management. Track out-of- scope activities and associated costs versus budget. Drive efficiency to the administration practices for site. Control purchasing for all stationary associated with LotusWorks service delivery. In conjunction with Site Lead, generate quotes for out of scope project works for internal technician support to client. Archiving of documentation and records including shared electronic files. Updating and tracking of training metrics including the co-ordination of required classroom training. Stock management, PPE Control and procurement of any specialist protective clothing requirements. Dealing with new hires to the company, arranging IT accounts, managing system access etc. Updating LotusWorks noticeboards (safety awareness and internal communications. Organising accommodation etc. for LotusWorks technical support staff. Liaise with Head Office staff on a regular basis. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with a third level qualification or relevant. Literacy in computer operating systems and applications such as MS Office Suite Products (e.g. Windows, Word, Excel. An ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent administrative skills are essential.
