GRADUATE LEAD GENERATION / SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Due to our continuous growth, we at TBI Scientific are looking for a bright, aspiring Sales Representative to grow into a successful internal sales rep within our organisation. Our core customers are within the pharmaceutical industry. Full product training provided. Description: This job is a hybrid of Sales and in-house office support. You’ll work in an individually targeted environment with the autonomy to bring your own creativity and ideas into your work. You’ll research and build relationships with potential clients. Requirements: Ideally 6-12 months experience in a targeted environment in either a sales or lead gen position. A passion for sales and a natural ability for networking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must be self-motivated, with a positive outlook and be able to demonstrate initiative and resilience in a sales environment. Proven ability to manage and maintain multiple customer accounts.
