Senior Marketing Manager. Cork. Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by one of the largest FMCG companies in Ireland, to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager based in Cork. As Senior Marketing Manager , you will be responsible and accountable for the growth of the divisional brands and developing the strategy and marketing operating plans for organisation. You will have direct accountability for a multimillion marketing budget, managing all regional marketing teams and brand sponsorships. In addition, you will manage a team of 6 and report directly to the Marketing Director. The Role: Brand Development, Planning & Development. Brand Communications (External and Internal. Brand Support. Functional Leadership, Management. Create Best Team and Effective Working Relationships. Commercial and brand strategy implementation including consistency and clarity of message across all elements of the brand plan and the use of innovation to constantly challenge and improve brand perception. Responsible for the BTL and ATL marketing plans. Building the marketing activity including the creation of an annual plan, ensuring the co-ordination of and sequencing of campaign activities, responsible for the BTL and ATL marketing plans and ensuring any activities are managed through a consistent and tightly budgeted process. Procurement & campaign management of all advertising activity to support the commercial plan, including managing the design and advertising agencies, the end-to-end campaign process - agency briefing, creative development and execution while reviewing effectiveness of each activity or campaign and building insights into future planned activity. Requirements: Essential: Degree in business. Desirable: Master level graduate with Marketing specialization. 10 years’ commercial experience preferably in FMCG or retail. Experience dealing with media, advertising and buying agencies. Strategic thinking. Strong listening skills. Team orientation. Persistent and focused. High energy, enthusiasm, confidence.
