The WW Retail Contact Centre Sales and Service team is seeking a new Payment Specialist to join the team. The role of a Payment Specialist is to liaise and provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, Order Management on daily operational issues, resolution of customer queries and escalations in relation to all payment methods offered on the Apple Online Store. This involves daily interaction with banks and our payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds by credit/debit card, wire transfer, cheque, loan and lease. Key Qualifications: oFluency in English. oDegree in Business Information Systems (BIS. oStrong communication skills, team player, customer focused and maintain a professional attitude. oAbility to work in an information sensitive environment. oTeam player and ability to work in a changing challenging environment. oExcellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills. oHighly motivated and organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. oAbility to use discretion and work on own initiative. oVery good accuracy and attention to detail. oAs this job is direct relation to order volume flexibility is required and will occasionally involve weekend work. oKnowledge of SAP and MS Excel. Description: Interaction with banks, financial institutions and credit mangers to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cheque, loan and leasing. Analysis of incoming Apple Store orders for potential fraud risk and identify Fraud trends involving outbound telephone calls to customers. Follow up and resolve chargeback queries. Processing of customer related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT related changes, amending and re-printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos and reconciliation. Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation and resolution. As this role depends on the volume of the business, flexibility around shifts and weekend working hours will be required. Education: Fluent in written and spoken English for business.
