Key Qualifications: oBe Fluent in English and in the language requirement of the role. oStrong verbal and written communication skills. oProven track record within a busy call centre environment. oExcelled in a customer centric environment exhibiting patience & diplomacy. oStrong interest in technology, particularly Apple products, and the ability to learn new products and features quickly. oAbility to translate "tech speak" into everyday understandable terms. oAdaptable and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environment. oStrong organisational and administration skills. oTeam player. oAbility to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplishing goals. oProven experience of successfully working to targets in a pressurised environment. Description: - As an Apple setup specialist, you are an expert on the features of our products. - You follow the Apple customer engagement model and, using customer facing technologies, you provide tailored product walk throughs to customers based on their needs. - You understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies and technology changes. - You set appropriate customer expectations and build rapport with our customers when completing setup sessions. - Your success is measured by achieving Customer Satisfaction goals set out by the business. - You are proud to represent Apple, and you get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with Apple.
