Sigmar are delighted to announce, we are recruiting for an experienced Order to Cash Associate (German speaking) to work with our Cork-based client. Fluency in German is essential for this position. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for customer queries on customer master data in SAP system. Coordinate initiation and validation of order to cash master data requests. Adhere to SOX and Financial Business controls to ensure quality. Strive to be a subject matter expert for all aspects of customer master data. Analyse, understand and report master data implications to management as appropriate. Analyse customer aging to ensure collections are prioritised appropriately. Act as point of contact for customers for any invoice disputes. Record any disputes or issues on internal database. Contact customers via phone or email for collections, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times. Production of regular reports for review by management. Manage billing process to ensure invoices are sent to customers on time. Skills & Experience Required: Fluency in German essential. College graduate OR a minimum of 2 years’ financial experience with credit & collections within a multinational environment. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience within a customer facing role. High level of proficiency using MS Office Suite. Previous experience using SAP would be a distinct advantage. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Excellent time management skills.
