Sales & Marketing Manager 4* Hotel - Cork City. We are currently recruiting for our client in Cork an experienced hotel Sales & Marketing Manager. We are seeking a high energy, motivated, and driven person with a strong sales and results focus. The successful candidate should be a career oriented individual with a desire to reach targets and a proven ability to network successfully. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent market position for the hotel. Conduct effective market research that leads to effective strategic marketing development. To keep up with market trends and competitor activity and adjust business planning accordingly. Up to date with digital market tools and strategies. Have in-depth knowledge of all hotel products and services. Develop excellent relationships with associate vendors. Maintain existing business relationships while continuing to develop new relationships by effective networking. The Ideal Candidate: 3 Years previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and upbeat outlook, self-motivator. Standards driven and customer focused. Team orientated. Target driven can work to budget.
