EXPERIENCED SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE FOR UPMARKET PROPERTY. We are recruiting for one of our longest established clients in Cork. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Chef De Partie for this award winning restaurant in a tranquil setting. Ideally you will have worked in an upper class restaurant in Bistro style food offerings. This is a busy hotel that operates all year around with a stellar reputation. The Candidate will possess: Previous experience preferably in volume a la carte restaurants. Managing Stock and Prep Levels in Stations. Is hands on and enthusiastic with a team working attitude. Has particular strengths in range, grill & sauce. Great eye for food presentation without effecting the taste quality. Cost focused coupled with portion control. Food Safety trained and HACCP compliant. Staff Induction & training. Ability to work efficiently and effectively during high pressure service. Is eager to lead the team when required and sets a good example for Junior staff members. This is a superior property offering a secure all year round position and offering a salary of up to €28,000 per annum plus other benefits.
