Sales and Digital Marketing Associate. Position Overview. The role has two parts. To proactively develop and retain excellent client relationships to achieve growing revenues within an assigned customer base. The role involves establishing strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and then selecting the ideal promotional products to meet their objectives, timelines, and budgets. To implement the company’s Digital Marketing program via eFlyers and BLOGS across our email, Twitter, Linked In and Facebook platforms. There is scope to develop creative input in terms of channels, content, and graphics. Core Responsibilities. General responsibility to maintain and expand business in the assigned client base. Responsibility for lead generation by actively prospecting potential and existing clients on an inbound and outbound basis. Conversion of leads/quotes into revenue. Work to sales targets for new and existing clients. Maintain and extend the company’s digital marketing schedule, secure management agreement and implement across the various platforms. Write content and edit graphics files as required. We are open to training opportunities to facilitate this. Research products and suppliers, and generate quotations as required. Be the primary focus in maintaining CRM database. Desired Skills. Excellent telephone skills and the ability to achieve targets. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills. Familiarity with the concepts and platforms used in Digital Marketing. Fluency in English. Computer literacy.
