My client is looking for a helpdesk co-ordinator that has enthusiasm, energy and talent and takes pride in satisfying customer targets. Duties & Responsibilities Include: Ticket Triage and prioritisation: Moving tickets from one person dependent on resource availability. Interacting with our clients to ensure fast resolution of tickets per Service Level Agreements. Maintaining process on ticket life cycle. Co-ordinate the resolution of client's tickets. Schedule all follow up training. Identify ticket bottlenecks and work with team to resolve. Regular meeting with support team to discuss tickets, communication techniques, processes etc. Manage the ticketing system which is Zendesk. Regular calls with clients following "go-live" Co-ordinate the release and builds (co-ordinate with Release Manager and client, prioritise/follow-up on clients' issues. Requirements to do the job: Strong technical knowledge of Windows based operating systems. Passion and experience for training others. A knowledge of the Irish Legal industry and/or accounting principals is a benefit. Passion for technology. Excellent communication skills/phone manner. Ability to work under pressure. A team spirit.
