SEAFOOD INNOVATION SPECIALIST Basedin n Clonakilty, Co. Cork. 5 year contract. Starting salary €43,000 approx. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate the development of techniques for project management of the innovation strategy, implement commercial feasibility tools for strategic and tactical projects, and analysing market data for transfer to client projects. The Seafood Innovation Specialist will coordinate the innovation strategy implementation activities with the Divisional Director, enabling an aligned innovation service. Candidates for the position should have the ability to: Project Manage Innovation Strategy implementation, Development & utilising of Commercial financial tools, Draw conclusions to realise commercial returns, Analyse market data and present key findings and opportunities, Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, Maintain effective contact and communication with clients and develop positive relationships with partner agencies. High levels of communication, networking, presentation and interpersonal skills will be required. A degree in Marketing/Food Business or equivalent is essential and the ideal candidate will have experience of project management, commercial understandings and market research in presenting a commercial assessment.
