BIM Manager. Cork Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by a client to recruit for the role of BIM Manager to be based in Cork. The Role: The successful candidate will be based in Ireland and will manage a team of technicians who will be both office and site based nationwide and internationally. Responsibilities: Site Based on Construction Site. Manage / oversee the continuous Improvement of Company BIM Procedures and Processes. Manage / oversee the continuous development of the BIM team technical capabilities. Work with 3rd Party Contractors and designers to resolve clashes. Generating full 4D and 5D model. Lead Coordinator, liaising and coordinating with 3rd Party Contractors. Manage team of Technicians. Chair Weekly Coordination Meetings and Breakout Workshops. Manage Master Revit MEP Model. Produce weekly Updates of Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection Reports. Produce fully annotated and coordinated 2D Builderworks Drawings and Services Drawings. Requirements: 4+ years' experience in AutoCAD Revit MEP. 5-6 years' experience in M&E services coordination in site based role. Experience managing a team of 10+ technicians. Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks Manage. Familiar with PAS 1192, the Development and Implementation of Project BEP’s & Project Coordination Process. Proficient in Revit MEP, BIM 360, Collaborate for Revit, AutoCAD 2D, and Navisworks Manage. Proficient in BIM Level 2 and BIM Level 3 Collaboration, Proficient in executing clash detection exercises in 3D models. Experience in leading and working and coordinating with 3rd party services contractors. Enthusiastic, creative, and natural problem solver.
