Marketing Administrator. €28,000 - €32,000. This role is based in a busy Marketing Department reporting to the Advertising Manager. This Administrator role will provide all administration support relating to the management and upkeep of our database using CRM and Direct mailing campaigns. Your Main Duties in the role: Database maintenance on company CRM system. Data Entry and Data Extractions. Proofing and sign-off Direct Mail pieces, collateral booklets. Prepare reports as required weekly. Liaise with external vendors (fulfilment, print company, creative agency etc.) and Stock control. General administrative and office management duties. Provide flexibility with regard working hours (including evenings and Saturdays), as required to meet client service demands. Carry out other instructions as requested/directed by the Marketing Director or other Officer as appointed by the Managing Director. Respond to queries from internal departments. Participate in cross functional training as required from time to time. Answer incoming calls, switchboard. Attend weekly meetings. Prepare and present power point presentations. Process purchase order for the CRM system. Essential requirements for this role: Previous Marketing experience is essential for this role. Experience extracting marketing data and analysing data. Thorough knowledge and understanding of MS Office is essential (ie. Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical skills on processing Marketing data. Time management. Ability to work on own initiative while also participating in a team environment. Problem solving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Motivated with a keen desire to learn the business.
