Sigmar have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to work with our renowned client. This is a permanent position, based in Cork. The overall purpose of this role is to define quality standards for an end to end production process as well as driving and maintaining best practice standards across the facility. You will be responsible for coordinating and documenting all activities carried out to deliver a safe and quality product. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Attend regular review meetings. Assist all aspects of investigations into customer complaints. Act as first point of contact for customers. Design and deliver QA standards, identifying the leading and lagging indicators as a measure of compliance. Monitor and continuously improve the QA Program across the site. Identify training needs across all staff functions. Assign projects to relevant team members. Person Specification: Third Level Degree in Food Safety or Science. 5-10 years working in a nutritional product manufacturing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Team player with the ability to influence others of all levels. Proven experience with leading people and reaching targets through teamwork. Strong level of technical competence with the ability to analyse and solve problems. Working knowledge of Food Safety Standards and ISO 22000.
