Process Safety Engineer. Cork. 12 month contract. Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by a leading MNC in the Life Sciences sector who are actively seeking a Process Safety Engineer on a 12 month contract. The Role: Reporting to the EHS Process Safety Lead,yourmain responsibility will be to implement and progress process safety standards and culture on site. In addition, the role requires EHS support to an assigned operational area to ensure compliance with Regulatory (IPPC license & lower tier SEVESO site. Corporate EHS requirements as well as maintenance of EHS Management systems to meet OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 international standards. It also includes the requirement to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement within the EHS Management systems and EHS operating culture. Requirements: Chemical Science or Environmental Science Degree or related subject. Process Safety certification required. MSc preferred or alternatively 3+ experience. Minimum of 2 years EHS experience in similar Industry. Ability to use Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint. Good Communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a passion for EHS. Self-starter, hands on, innovative, ability to influence. Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
